MY FAMILY LOUNGE – OSHC ENROLMENT FORM

My Family Lounge allows you to securely manage your family's information and complete your child's online enrolment form.

Existing OSHC Families

If your family currently attends the CWPS OSHC Program, you already have an existing My Family Lounge account.

Please follow the steps below:

1. Open the My Family Lounge widget using this link
   https://www.qkenhanced.com.au/Account/Embeddable/?databaseId=50
2. Log in using the email address currently registered with our service.
3. If you do not have a password, click "Forgot your password" and follow the prompts to reset it.
4. Do NOT create a new account or complete a new registration, as your family already has an existing account.
5. Open your child's enrolment form and carefully review all information.
6. Update any details that have changed, including:
• Parent/guardian contact details
• Phone numbers
• Email addresses
• Emergency contacts
• Medical information
• Authorisations
• Any other required information
7. Complete all mandatory fields.
8. Select Save and Submit to finalise your enrolment update.
9. Please note that your enrolment form must be completed using a PC or laptop, as some functions are not supported on mobile devices.
10. Your My Family Lounge login details will remain with you and can be used at any childcare service that uses the My Family Lounge system.
11. If you have a sibling commencing at OSHC in 2027, you can complete a new enrolment for them through My Family Lounge.

New OSHC Families

Please complete the OSHC hardcopy Enrolment form located on this page or it can be obtained from the school office.
